Driver Struck Juvenile, Resulting In Serious Injury, Milford Police Say
A man has been charged with assault with a motor vehicle in connection to a crash in August, according to police.
MILFORD, CT — A man is facing charges after police said he was driving a vehicle that struck a juvenile and resulted in serious injuries.
Robert Norden, 70, of Milford, was taken into custody on an active arrest warrant Sept. 3.
He was charged with second-degree assault with a motor vehicle.

Police said he is accused of driving a motor vehicle that struck a juvenile resulting in serious injury in August.
His bond was set at $50,000. He is scheduled to appear in court Sept. 29.
