DUI Milford Man Charged After Accident: Police
The accused was involved in an accident this past weekend, police say.
MILFORD, CT — A Milford man, Samuel Tomlinson, 24, of West River Street, is accused of driving while under the influence of alcohol at the time of an accident, Milford Police said.
On Nov. 30, police responded to Quarry Road near Research Drive on a report of an accident. Police said two vehicles were involved in the accident. Tomlinson was arrested and is accused of driving while under the influence of alcohol with a suspended license, police said.
He refused to provide a breath sample, police said. He is charged with DUI.
