Fighting In Front Of Milford Courthouse Leads To 2 Arrests: PD

Police said the two people appeared in court earlier and then had a physical fight outside the courthouse.

MILFORD, CT — Milford police say two people were arrested for fighting in front of the Milford courthouse on Monday. On Nov. 6 officers responded to a report of a possible domestic violence incident in front of the 14 West River St. courthouse, police said.

Investigation led to the arrests of Percy Guity, 34, of Baltic Street in Brooklyn and Christina Centeno, 33, of Third Avenue in West Haven who are accused of engaging in a fight with each other outside of the courthouse following being in court together earlier in the day, police said. Guity violated a court set protective order by engaging in the physical altercation, police said.

They were both charged with second-degree breach of peace and Guity is also charged with third-degree assault and violation of a protective order.
