New Details Released in Food Delivery Driver's Carjacking, Attack and Robbery in Milford: UPDATE
Police say one suspect has been arrested and another is at-large. The victim was taken to a local hospital.

MILFORD, CT — Police released new details Friday concerning the attack and robbery of a Fuji Restaurant food delivery driver Thursday night.
Police spokesman Officer Joseph Dempsey said at 9:30 p.m. Thursday Milford Police received a complaint of a fight on Noble Avenue near Broad Street. Investigation revealed that a delivery driver from a local Chinese Food Restaurant was struck in the head with a blunt object and robbed of his cell phone and vehicle, police said.
The delivery driver needed to be taken to the hospital to treat his injuries, Dempsey said in a news release.

Detectives saw the vehicle in the area of Meadowside Road and Seaside Avenue and attempted to stop it, police said. Two suspects exited the vehicle running away from the scene, which caused the vehicle to roll into a utility pole, police said.
Subsequently a police perimeter was set up and a K-9 track conducted. K-9 Officer Napoletano and partner Mack located one suspect, a 14 year old male from Bridgeport, police said. The second suspect was able to avoid apprehension and is still at-large, police said.
