The Girl Spot Celebrates Six Years of Pole and Aerial Dance
The Annual Showcase on Saturday, March 19 is Open to the Public

The Girl Spot will be hosting the Annual Showcase that is open to the public on Saturday, March 19 at The Girl Spot Studio [260 Quarry Rd, Ste F, Milford, CT 06460]. Doors open at 7PM, with performances at 7:30PM and 9PM. Tickets are $15 in advance, $20 at the door. Ticket price includes showcase access, light snacks and a champagne toast.
The Girl Spot is an alternative fitness studio, offering classes covering everything from pole and aerial dance, to aerial yoga and silks and more. These unique classes offer training concepts that combine flexibility, body awareness, strength, agility and balance in a new and exciting ways.
The combined dance, gymnastics and fitness backgrounds of the owner and instructors allow a wealth of knowledge to pull from in creating a method of teaching students from beginner through advanced levels.
