Hazardous Weather Outlook Issued for Connecticut

The roller coaster weather week continues and it's far from over.

The National Weather Service has issued a Hazardous Weather Outlook and Wind Advisory for the entire state on Wednesday. Rain showers and a possible thunderstorm will be prevalent on Wednesday but temps will moderate into the mid 50s.

However, the winds will be very strong at times, which is what promoted the advisory from the weather service. For Fairfield County, winds will be 20 to 25 mph and gusts up to 50 mph. Some power outages may be possible.

For New Haven, Middlesex and New London counties, winds will be 20 to 25 mph with gusts up to 50 mph.
