Here Is Dan Patrick's New Radio, TV Home In Milford

Dan Patrick is one of the most prominently known sportscasters in the country. He's a Milford resident and is moving to a new site.

MILFORD, CT — Barbara L. Pearce, CEO and President of Pearce Real Estate, today announced that John Bergin has leased the site at 363 Naugatuck Ave in Milford to AT&T for the Dan Patrick Radio and TV shows.

Dan Patrick along with AT&T have leased the former United Rentals site at 363 Naugatuck Ave in a long-term deal. Dan will be moving his Radio and TV talk show studio from his current location in downtown Milford within a couple of months to the new site which is a little more than 18,000 square feet of building and 1.35 acres, almost 4 times the size of his current studio. substantial investment is being made to upgrade the site both interior for the studio and a sports field and exterior with new landscaping, officials said.

John had been working with AT&T in New Jersey for the past 8 months on this location along with Eric Jones the associate director of creative operations and Dan Patrick who is a Milford resident. Attorney Tom Lynch represented the tenant at the town Planning Board meeting who voted unanimously for the special permit needed for the production studio. Also working on the project was Architect Alan Lagocki and project engineer Eric Zawatski.
