Here's Where You Can Legally, Publicly Smoke Pot In Milford

MILFORD, CT — If you want to legally smoke pot outside of your own property, then you can also visit 0 Roses Mill Road, which is a sidewalk near the entrance to Barnes and Noble at 1375 Boston Post Road, the New Haven Register reports.

The property is 2.5 acres and a sign now indicates that you can legally smoke marijuana there. The city won't be adding any new amenities to the site.

Milford is required by state law to designate an area where people can smoke pot publicly due to its size.
