Home Struck By Gunfire, Milford Police Investigate

Police said multiple shell casings were found in the road.

MILFORD, CT — Milford Police are investigating after a local residence was struck by bullets early Saturday. No one was injured.

At 12:25 a.m. Saturday, police responded to the Park Avenue area to investigate a report of shots fired. Officers found that a Park Avenue residence was struck by gunfire and discovered multiple shell casings in the street, police said.

"Thankfully, no one in the residence was hit by gunfire," police said. "Detectives and the Identification Unit responded to the scene shortly after to investigate.
