How Hypnosis and Community Compassion Intersect
Interview with Sue Brown of Purple Pantry Boxes

I had the joy and honor of interviewing an incredible community leader from Milford, our small city with a big heart, Sue Brown. Sue is the heart and founder of Purple Pantry Boxes, a grassroots initiative that provides 24/7 access to nonperishable food with no questions asked.
As a hypnotherapist and wellness advocate, I deeply admire Sue’s mission of meeting people where they are with dignity and compassion. Her work is a powerful reminder that healing and wholeness begin with feeling seen, safe, and supported.
Near the end of the interview, Sue reminded us that small acts of kindness can change lives. She encouraged viewers to get involved, whether by donating items, hosting a box, or simply spreading the word. Every bit counts.
