Leaf Dispute Leads To Threatening Charge: Milford Police

MILFORD, CT — A Milford man, Anthony Cacciabaudo, 76, of Bedford Avenue, is accused of yelling at a neighbor and threatening to have someone "break the neighbor’s legs" due to them blowing leaves toward Cacciabaudo’s yard, police said.

On Aug. 6 police responded to a Glen Street home on a threatening report, police said. Investigation led to the arrest of Cacciabaudo who is charged with second-degree threatening, police said.

He was given a court date of Sept. 14.
