Machete Attack At Business Leads To An Arrest: Milford Police

MILFORD, CT — A Bridgeport man is being held in lieu of a $185,000 bond and is accused of assaulting a person with a machete at a local business, Milford Police said.

On Dec. 6, Milford Police arrested Kirk Brown, of 35 Pleasant St., on a warrant. On Nov. 14, Brown and another man were involved in a physical altercation at an Oronoque Road business where they were both employed, police said.

Brown is accused of attacking the victim with a machete causing a non-life threatening injury, police said.

Brown is charged with:

Possession of a Dangerous Weapon
Breach of Peace 2nd
Risk of Injury
