Store Employees Assaulted Confronting Shoplifter: Milford Police
The accused was initially given a $10,000 bond, police said.
MILFORD, CT — A New Haven man, Robert Camera, 33, of Congress Avenue, is accused of "stealing $290 worth of cologne from (a) store and assaulting mall employees after being confronted," police said.
On Oct. 15, police responded to Boscov’s located at 1201 Boston Post Road on the report of a physical altercation between employees and an accused shoplifter, police said.
Camera is charged with sixth-degree larceny, third-degree robbery, third-degree assault, and breach of peace. He was initially given a $10,000 bond, police said.
