Man Charged With Assault: Milford Police

MILFORD, CT — A Stamford man, Todd Palumbo, 52, is accused of grabbing a woman by the face and pushing her, Milford police said.

On April 11, police responded to a Kings Highway residence on the report of a possible domestic violence incident, police said. Investigation led to the arrest of Palumbo, of Bedford Street, who is charged with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.
