Man Accused Of Assaulting Woman: Milford Police

MILFORD, CT — A Trumbull man, Tyler Pelletier, 23, of Johnson Road, is accused of assaulting a woman in Milford, police say.

On Dec. 11, police responded to a Railroad Avenue home on a report of a possible domestic violence incident, police said. Investigation led to the arrest of Pelletier, who is accused of elbowing a woman in the chest after an argument, police said.

He then took the woman's phone and threw it when she tried to call 911, police said.

Pelletier is charged with third-degree assault, disorderly conduct and interference with emergency calls.
