Man Accused Of Assaulting Woman While In Car: Milford Police

MILFORD, CT — A Milford man is accused of hitting and choking a woman while they were riding in a car, police said.

On June 14, police received a call regarding a possible domestic violence incident that just occurred, police said. Investigation led to the arrest of Rayon Meikle, 22, of Gerard Street, who is accused of hitting and choking a female while riding in a vehicle in Milford, police said.

He is charged with disorderly conduct, third-degree assault and second-degree strangulation. He was given a $25,000 bond.
