Man Accused Of Sexual Assault, Held On $150K Bond: Milford Police

MILFORD, CT — A Waterbury man, John Rojas, 32, of Woodward Avenue, is being held in lieu of a $150,000 after being arrested on a warrant on Jan. 2, Milford Police said.

Rojas is accused of sexually assaulting a female in June of 2019, police said. Rojas is charged with first-degree sexual assault, first-degree unlawful restraint and disorderly conduct.

According to online court records, Rojas' next court date is scheduled for 10 a.m. Jan. 17 at Superior Court, Milford. He remains held on bond.

No other details were provided by police.
