MILFORD, CT — Police are asking for help with identifying a man accused of shoplifting at a store in the Connecticut Post Mall on Sunday.

At around 2 p.m., the man tried to hide a leather jacket in a backpack from Kani Leather Goods at the CT Post Mall, 1201 Boston Post Rd, according to police.

The man ran off as he being escorted out of the store by employees and left the mall before police arrived, according to officials.
