Man With Adult Learner's Permit Charged With DUI: Milford Police

MILFORD, CT — A Milford man, Joseph Paglia, 24, of Greenfield Road, is accused of driving his vehicle with an adult learner’s permit while under the influence of alcohol at the time of an accident, police said.

On Feb. 7, police responded to the parking lot of Casey’s Pub, 2019 Bridgeport Ave., for the motor vehicle accident. Officers arrived and found one vehicle involved, police said. Investigation led to the arrest of Paglia, who submitted to two breath tests, which indicated he had an elevated blood alcohol content, police said.

He is charged with DUI.
