Man Arrested After Credit Card, License Fraud: Milford PD

He made $3,000 worth of purchases with a fraudulently-obtained credit card.

MILFORD, CT — A New York man was arrested after he made multiple purchases using a fraudulently-obtained credit card, according to police.

Officers were contacted by employees at Boscov's about possible fraud Dec. 27. Officers arrested Nicodemus Miller, 60, of Valley Stream, NY. He is accused of making $3,000 worth of purchases with the credit card, police said.

Miller was found in possession of several credit cards that had different names along with multiple licenses that had Miller's picture, but different names.

He was charged with credit card fraud, two counts of first-degree forgery, third-degree larceny, second-degree identity theft and criminal impersonation. Bail was set at $25,000.
