Man Charged With Assault: Milford Police
Police said the accused grabbed a woman by the neck.
MILFORD, CT — A Fairfield man, Juan Builes, 29, of Ardmore Street, is accused of "grabbing a female by the neck, pushing her across the room and into a wall" in an April incident, Milford police said.
On July 21 police took custody of Builes in regard to an active warrant for his arrest, police said.
He is charged with third-degree assault, second-degree strangulation and disorderly conduct. He was given a $2,500 bond.
