Man Charged In Burglary Of Storage Units: Milford Police
Police said they launched an "extensive investigation" after several storage units were broken into in May.
MILFORD, CT — A 34-year-old man was arrested this week in connection with a burglary that occurred at a Milford storage unit facility in May, according to police.
Tylon Gardner, of Derby, was arrested on July 31 on a warrant that charges him with third-degree burglary, third-degree larceny, and conspiracy, Milford police said in a news release. The charges came with a court-set bond of $25,000.
On May 6, officers were called to CubeSmart Self Storage on Rowe Avenue where they found units that had been broken into with several locks on the ground, police said.

Following an "extensive investigation" by the MPD's detective bureau, two arrest warrants were granted and Gardner was taken into custody in New Haven on Wednesday, police said, noting he was later arraigned in court in Milford.
The MPD did not provide additional details on the second arrest warrant related to the case.

Gardner was also served with two active violation of probation warrants that each came with $250,000 bonds, police added.
