Man Charged With DUI On Milford Police Property, Police Say

The accused also parked in a spot designated only for a police vehicle, police added.

MILFORD, CT — A Branford man, John Dagget, 31, of Turtle Bay Drive, is accused of driving while under the influence of alcohol and or drugs when he drove onto the rear parcel of the Milford Police Department headquarters late Sunday, police said.

Dagget also parked in a spot designated only for a police vehicle, police added. At 11:50 p.m. Sunday, police noticed a "suspicious" man and car in the rear lot of the police station located at 430 Boston Post Road, police said.

Police said Dagget provided two urine samples that were sent to the State Lab for analysis. He is charged with DUI and was released on a $500 bond.
