Man Charged With Robbery At Macy's: Milford PD

MILFORD, CT — A Branford man was charged on an active arrest warrant related to a robbery at Macy's, according to police.

Officers went to Bob's on May 7 to investigate a possible shoplifting incident. Madden was accused of stealing more than $200 worth of merchandise from the store, according to police.

Madden had an active arrest warrant related to a June 2021 incident at Macy's. He was accused of stealing $900 worth of merchandise and pushing past employees who attempted to apprehend him, police said.

Madden was charged with third-degree robbery, fifth-degree larceny and sixth-degree larceny. Bail was set at $15,500.
