Man Charged With Sexual Assault In Milford: PD

MILFORD, CT — A Stratford man was charged with fourth-degree sexual assault after he made a victim touch him inappropriately, according to police.

Police went to 90 New Haven Ave. Dec. 3 to investigate the complaint. Guillermo Quiones, 30, grabbed the victim and made the victim inappropriately touch him, police said.

Quiones also had three active arrest warrants. He was taken into custody and charged with fourth-degree sexual assault, disorderly conduct, second-degree failure to appear and two counts of first-degree failure to appear. Bail was set at $91,000.
