Man Charged With Strangulation In Domestic Violence Case, Police Say

MILFORD, CT — A Milford man is accused of grabbing a juvenile victim by the neck and throwing her to the ground on two separate occasions, according to police.

Police responded to a domestic violence call Jan. 25. An investigation led to the arrest of a man who assaulted the victim when "she did not do what he asked," police said.

The man is also accused of threatening another victim.

He was charged with disorderly conduct, risk of injury to a minor, second-degree strangulation, and second-degree threatening.

Bond was set at $75,000.
