Man Chases Person With Box Cutter, Slashes Tires: Milford Police
Police said they recently responded to a local business on a report of a breach of peace incident.
MILFORD, CT — A Bridgeport man, Rhonel Russell, 39, of North Ridgefield Avenue, is accused of assaulting a person at a local business, Milford police said.
On June 1, 2020, Milford police responded to 258 Boston Post Road, Cumberland Farms, on the report of a breach of peace, police said.
"Investigation led to the arrest of Russell who is accused of punching an acquaintance in the face, chasing him around the parking lot with a box cutter, and then slashing his tires with the box cutter," Milford police said in a statement.

He is charged with third-degree assault, criminal mischief, breach of peace, and second-degree threatening. His court date is scheduled for July 17.
