Man Deprived Victim Of 'Proper Care': Milford Police
Police said the accused waited to call 911 during a medical emergency, resulting in the victim's death.
MILFORD, CT — An Ansonia man, Tyler Propora, 24, of Prindle Avenue, is charged with cruelty to persons after Milford police said he is accused of "depriving the victim of proper care by waiting to call 911 during a medical emergency resulting in the victim’s death."
Police arrested Propora on a warrant on Halloween, and he is due to appear in Superior Court, Milford on Nov. 22. He was released on a promise to appear.
Police provided no other details of the incident.
