Man Enters Vehicle That Isn't His: Milford Police
The man is facing a burglary and an attempted larceny charge, police said.
MILFORD, CT — A New Haven man, Daniel Avery, 26, of Hallock Avenue, is accused of entering an unlocked car that did not belong to him, Milford police said.
Police said they responded on July 10 to the area of Merwin Avenue near Rock Lane on the report of a man entering a vehicle. Investigation led to the arrest of Avery who is charged with third-degree burglary and criminal attempt to commit sixth-degree larceny.
His next court date is scheduled for Aug. 17.
