Man Hits Woman Several Times, Steals Her Phone: Milford Police

MILFORD, CT — A New Haven man, Malik Daniels, 21, of Cave Street, is accused of grabbing a woman by the throat and hitting her several times, causing her to fall and drop her phone, which he is accused of taking, Milford Police say.

Police say the incident occurred at the Connecticut Post Mall back in February of 2018 and Daniels was arrested on Jan. 22 on a warrant.

He is charged with third-degree assault, conspiracy to commit third-degree assault, third-degree burglary, and conspiracy to commit third-degree robbery.
