Man Intentionally Hit Victim With Car: Milford PD

MILFORD, CT — A Middletown man was charged after he intentionally hit a victim with his vehicle, according to police.

The victim and Brian Kessler, 33, got into a fight during a basketball game at the Parsons Center June 28.

Kessler struck the victim from behind with his vehicle while the victim was talking on the phone, police said.

The victim sustained injuries and Kessler fled the scene, according to police.

Kessler turned himself in Aug. 1 on an active arrest warrant. He was charged with second-degree assault and evading responsibility. Bail was set at $25,000.
