Man Possesses BB Gun, Violates Protective Order: Milford PD

Police said the accused is charged with criminal possession of a firearm and weapons in a motor vehicle.

MILFORD, CT — A Milford man, Myles Saffrye, 50, of Caroline Street is accused of "possessing a BB gun, without an orange tip, in violation of an active restraining order and as a convicted felon," police said.

On April 29 Milford police responded to the area of Bedford Avenue and Harborside Drive on the report of a male pointing a rifle out of his vehicle while wearing a ski mask, police said.

Saffrye is charged with criminal possession of a firearm, weapons in a motor vehicle, criminal violation of a protective order, and breach of peace. He was given a court date of June 15.
