Man Pours Liquid Down Man's Back At Beach: Milford Police
"The unknown liquid was later believed to be hand sanitizer," police said.
MILFORD, CT — A Milford man, Michael Dennehy, 31, of Easy Street is accused of pouring a liquid down a man's back while at the beach, police said.
On Monday, police received a call regarding a breach of peace complaint at Anchor Beach, police said.
"Investigation led to the arrest of Dennehy, who is accused of pouring an unknown liquid down a male's back, police said. "The unknown liquid was later believed to be hand sanitizer."

He is charged with breach of peace. He will appear in court on July 20.
