Man Punches Victim Outside Of Stop & Shop: Milford Police
The accused was charged on a warrant this week, police said.
MILFORD, CT — A Milford man, Delphine Rodrigues, 44, of Ardmore Street is accused of starting a physical fight where he is accused of punching a man several times while outside of Stop & Shop, 855 Bridgeport Ave., police said.
The incident occurred in October 2019, and Rodrigues was arrested on a warrant this week, police said.
He is charged with second-degree breach of peace, conspiracy to commit second-degree breach of peace, third-degree assault, and conspiracy to commit third-degree assault. He was released on a $2,500 bond.
