Man Refuses To Leave Restaurant At Closing Time: Milford Police

The man is accused of resisting officers attempts to escort him out of the eatery, police said.

MILFORD, CT — A Milford man is accused of refusing to leave a downtown restaurant at closing time and resisted police officers attempts to escort him out, police said.

On July 6, police responded to a Daniel Street restaurant on a report of a patron refusing to leave after closing, police said. Investigation led to the arrest of Peter Zullo, 32, of Ettadore Parkway, who is accused of refusing to leave the property after being told by the business it was closed and then actively resisting as officers attempted to escort him out, police said.

Zullo is charged with disorderly conduct, first-degree criminal trespassing and interfering/resisting an officer.
