Man Robbed Milford Walmart At Knife Point: PD

A man displayed a knife when employees confronted him, police said.

MILFORD, CT — A New Haven man was arrested after he robbed Walmart at knife point Feb. 22, according to police.

Samuel Brown, 46, stole more than $200 worth of merchandise and displayed a box cutter to employees when they confronted him, police said. Officers later found him in possession of a large knife.

Brown had previously been warned by police that he was not allowed on the property.

He was charged with first-degree robbery, first-degree criminal trespass, carrying a dangerous weapon, sixth degree larceny and second degree breach of peace. Bail was set at $7,500.
