Man Sold Crack Cocaine to Police Informant Three Times in Milford: Report
The informant wore a wire as police detectives listened to the drug transaction in real time, according to a report.

MILFORD, CT — On Tuesday Milford police said an East Haven man was being held in lieu of a $450,000 bond for numerous narcotics violations in the city.
Police at the time would only say that Anthony Harrel, 42, of Boston Avenue in East Haven, was arrested on three warrants on Dec. 9 for narcotics violations by the Milford Police Department's Tactical Unit.
No other details were released but according to court documents obtained by the New Haven Register's Wes Duplantier new information has come to light.

Court documents reveal that Harrel allegedly sold crack cocaine to a police informant three times this fall beginning the week of Sept.11. In a third transaction police gave an informant marked money and the informant also wore a listening device while Milford detectives listened, documents state.
The Register reports that 1.08 grams of crack cocaine was involved in the third transaction. Harrell was also previously arrested in 2013 when he was found to be in possession of three pounds of marijuana in Milford, the Register reports.

Harrel had previously been arrested in New Haven on drug charges too, the Register reports.
