Man Stole $60k Worth Of Lighters: Milford PD

MILFORD, CT — A Stratford man was arrested after he stole more than $60,000 worth of lighters from the BIC Corporation, according to police.

The alleged thefts took place in 2019 and 2020, police said. Leroy Mack, 50, of Stratford was arrested Nov. 10 on an active warrant.

He was charged with third-degree larceny and released on a promise to appear. He is scheduled to appear in court on Dec. 21.
