Man Told Victim He'd Kill Him If He Ever 'Touched His Daughter Again': Milford Police
Police say the victim and the accused's daughter have a child together.

MILFORD, CT — A West Haven man is accused of telling a male victim that if he ever "touched his daughter again he would kill him," despite the fact that the victim and the accused's daughter have a child together, police said.
On Sept. 16, Milford police took custody of Timothy Durkin, 60, of Park Street in West Haven in regards to an active warrant, police said. Durkin is accused of threatening to harm a male at a Milford business on Aug. 23, police said.
The victim stated that Durkin told him if the male ever "touched his daughter again he would kill him," police said. The male victim told officers during the investigation that he and Durkin's daughter have a child together, police said.

Durkin is charged with second-degree breach of peace and was released after posting a $2,500 bond.
