Man Tries To Lock Woman In Basement: Milford Police

MILFORD, CT — A Milford man, Keith Kinsman, 40, of Meadows End Road, is accused of "attempting to lock a woman in the basement by trying to drill the door shut," police said.

On Feb. 23, Milford Police responded to a residence on Meadows End Road on the report of a
possible domestic violence incident, police said. Investigation led to the arrest of Kinsman who is charged with disorderly conduct.

He was released on a $1,000 bond.
