Milford Arrest Log, Aug. 22, 2024

MILFORD, CT — The following information has been provided by the Milford Police Department and does not indicate convictions:

• A Bridgeport woman was charged Aug. 14 for driving under the influence, possession of liquor by a minor, and operating without a license. Bond was set at $500. Police said the 18-year-old woman left the scene of an accident on Meadows End Road.
• A New Haven man was charged with sixth-degree larceny Aug. 15 and released on a promise to appear in court. He is accused of stealing $496.85 of clothing from the Macy's in the mall.
• A New Haven woman was charged Aug. 15 with sixth-degree larceny and released on a promise to appear in court. The woman is accused of stealing $144 in merchandise from the Target in the mall.
• A Milford man was charged Aug. 17 with driving under the influence and failure to drive right. Police said the man attempted to leave the scene of an accident.
• A Milford woman was charged Aug. 17 with disorderly conduct, risk of injury to a minor, and assault on a police officer. She is accused of damaging and throwing items in a home where a child was present. She is also accused of spitting in an officer's face while being taken into custody.
• A Milford woman was arrested Aug. 17 and charged with disorderly conduct and risk of injury to a minor. She was released on a promise to appear in court. The woman is accused of grabbing a victim after a verbal argument while a child was present.
• A New Haven woman was charged Aug. 17 with cruelty to animals and released on a promise to appear in court. The woman is accused of hitting and abusing a small dog while she was at a Milford hotel. Animal Control took possession of the dog.
• A Milford man was charged Aug. 19 with first-degree failure to appear in court. Bond was set at $10,000.
• A Milford man was charged Aug. 19 with second-degree failure to appear in court. Bond was set at $5,000.
• A Milford man was charged Aug. 20 with violation of probation. Bond was set at $7,000.
• A Milford man was charged Aug. 20 with violation of a protective order and interfering with an officer. Bond was set at $5,000.
