Milford Arrest Log, June 27, 2024

Recent arrests by the Milford Police Department. All charges are allegations and not convictions.

MILFORD, CT — The following information has been provided by the Milford Police Department and does not indicate convictions:

  • A Derby woman and a West Haven woman were arrested June 3 at Massage Envy on Boston Post Road. The Derby woman was charged with first-degree criminal trespassing and disorderly conduct. The West Haven woman was charged with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct. Both were released on a promise to appear in court. The two got into a physical fight after the Derby woman was unhappy with her service being cut short after she was late to an appointment, police said.
  • A West Haven woman was charged June 18 with sixth-degree larceny and released on a promise to appear in court. The woman is accused of shoplifting a pair of sneakers worth $90 from Dick's Sporting Goods in the mall.
  • A Milford woman was charged June 19 with three counts of failure to appear in court. Bond was set at $10,500.
  • A Milford woman was charged June 19 with disorderly conduct and released on a promise to appear in court. She is accused of hitting a family member during an argument.
  • A New Haven woman was charged June 19 with reckless endangerment, second-degree assault, evading responsibility, and providing a false statement. She was released on a promise to appear in court. She is accused of striking a coworker with her vehicle after a disagreement and fleeing the scene of the accident in February. The victim's foot/ankle were injured in the incident.
  • A Milford woman was charged June 21 with simple trespass, interfering with an officer, and criminal attempt of assault on a police officer. Police were dispatched to a Willem Court address and found the woman wondering on the property who then attempted to fight officers when they approached her, police said.
  • A Lynwood, Washington, woman was charged June 23 with sixth-degree larceny and released on a promise to appear in court. She is accused of not paying a $186 bill at Stonebridge restaurant on Daniel Street.
  • A Milford man was charged Monday with evading responsibility and criminal mischief. He was released on a promise to appear in court. A towing company received a request to tow a vehicle out of Eisenhower Park. The man is accused of off-roading in that vehicle before getting stuck, resulting in $25,000 worth of damage.
  • A Milford man was charged Monday with breach of peace and released on a promise to appear in court. He is accused of causing a disturbance at Milford Superior Court and using racial slurs after a judicial marshal would not let him use his phone.
  • A Milford man was charged Tuesday with breach of peace and risk of injury to a minor. He was released on a promise to appear in court. He is accused of touching a child inappropriately and making inappropriate comments to the child at the Motel 6 pool.
  • A Norwalk man was charged Tuesday with fourth-degree larceny and released on a promise to appear in court. The man is accused of stealing several fencing items from Lowe's worth $1,667.68.
  • A Milford man was charged Wednesday with disorderly conduct and released on a promise to appear in court. He is accused of getting into an altercation with a family member.
  • A West Haven man was charged Wednesday with two counts of failure to meet sexual offender registry requirements. Bond was set at $5,000. The man is accused of being a registered sex offender who failed to meet the requirements for the registry.
