Milford Arrest Log, Nov. 5, 2024

MILFORD, CT — The following information has been provided by the Milford Police Department and does not indicate convictions:

• A West Haven man was arrested Oct. 31 and charged with driving under the influence. He was released on a promise to appear in court. He is accused of driving under the influence in July, which resulted in a three-car accident.
• A Little Ferry, New Jersey man was arrested Oct. 31 and charged with third-degree identity theft, first-degree forgery, criminal impersonation, and third-degree criminal attempt at larceny. The man is accused of attempting to withdraw $3,900 from a bank account that belonged to someone else. Bond was set at $500.
• A Bronx, New York man was arrested Oct. 31 and charged with breach of peace and interfering with an officer. He was released on a promise to appear in court. The man is accused of telling at a Cumberland Farms employee when asked for a photo ID to purchase cigarettes.
• A Stamford man was arrested Oct. 31 and charged with second-degree criminal mischief and possession of a controlled substance. He was released on a promise to appear in court. The man is accused of being involved in a physical altercation at the Devon Motel which resulted in $1,000 worth of damage to a room and being in possession of cocaine.
• A Milford man was arrested Oct. 31 and charged with disorderly conduct. He was released on a promise to appear in court.
• A Milford man was arrested Nov. 2 and charged with driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Bond was set at $500. The man is accused of driving while under the influence on a sandbar at Gulf Beach.
• A Branford man was arrested Nov. 3 and charged with third-degree larceny. He is accused of taking a check for $3,350 then never completing the work he was paid for. Bond was set at $5,000.
• A Milford man was arrested Nov. 2 and charged with disorderly conduct and interfering with an emergency call. The man is accused of getting into a physical altercation with a victim, then taking her phone when she tried to call 911.
• A Milford man was arrested Nov. 3 and charged with disorderly conduct and assault on an elderly person. Bond was set at $75,000. The arrest was related to a domestic violence case.
• A Milford woman was arrested Nov. 4 and charged with driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Bond was set at $500.
• A Milford man was arrested Nov. 4 and charged with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault. He was released on a promise to appear in court. The arrest was related to a domestic violence case.
