Milford Arrest Log, Week Of Dec. 30, 2024

Recent arrests by the Milford Police Department. All charges are allegations and not convictions.

MILFORD, CT — The following information has been provided by the Milford Police Department and does not indicate convictions:

  • A Milford man was arrested Dec. 26 and charged with two counts of interfering with an officer, two counts of possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Police said the man had warrants for his arrest out of Colorado, provided officers with a fake name, and was carrying heroin when he was arrested.
  • A New Haven man was arrested Dec. 24 and charged with violation of probation and second-degree failure to appear. Bond was set at $28,500. The man had warrants out for his arrest.
  • A Milford man was arrested Dec. 26 and charged with carrying a firearm under the influence of intoxicating liquor. He was released on a promise to appear in court.
  • A Stormville man was arrested Dec. 28 and charged with disorderly conduct and second-degree unlawful restraint. He was released on a promise to appear in court. He is accused of putting his hands around a victim's throat and pushing her against a wall in October.
  • A Milford man was arrested Dec. 28 and charged with violation of a protective order. Bond was set at $2,500. He is accused of violating a no-contact protective order by knocking the victim's door several times.
  • A Stratford man was arrested Dec. 29 and charged with interfering with an officer. He was released on a promise to appear in court. Police found the man slumped over the wheel of his vehicle. He then attempted to drive away from officers after he woke up.
  • A Milford man was arrested Dec. 29 and charged with violation of a protective order. Bond was set at $50,000. He is accused of being in the same place as a victim, thereby violating a no-contact protective order.
  • A Coventry woman was arrested Dec. 29 and charged with fourth-degree larceny. She was released on a promise to appear in court. She is accused of stealing $1,000 worth of merchandise from the Boscov's in the mall.
  • A Milford man was arrested Dec. 29 and charged with breach of peace. He was released on a promise to appear in court.
  • Two Providence, Rhode Island women were arrested Dec. 29 and charged with fifth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit fifth-degree larceny. They were released on a promise to appear in court. The two women are accused of stealing $600 worth of merchandise from the Target in the mall.
  • A Milford man was arrested Dec. 30 and charged with sixth-degree larceny, conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny, and larceny of a motor vehicle. Bond was set at $50,500. He is accused of stealing $200 worth of packages in December as well as stealing a motor vehicle in 2023.
  • A Waterbury man was arrested Dec. 30 and charged with third-degree assault and breach of peace. Bond was set at $500. He is accused of assaulting a victim at the library.
  • A Bridgeport woman was arrested Dec. 31 and charged with evading responsibility and no insurance. Bond was set at $5,000. She is accused of striking another motor vehicle in July and then fleeing.
  • A New Haven man was arrested Dec. 31 and charged with violation of a protective order. Bond was set at $2,500. He is accused of being at a motel with a victim who had a no-contact protective order against him.
  • A West Haven man was arrested Dec. 31 and charged with breach of peace and criminal trespassing. He was released on a promise to appear in court. He is accused of stealing from a Stop & Shop, then refusing to leave the store and hitting a security officer. He had been previously banned from the store.
  • A New Haven woman was arrested Dec. 31 and charged with sixth-degree larceny. She was released on a promise to appear in court. She is accused of stealing $487 worth of merchandise from the store.
