Milford Arrest Log, Week Of Nov. 25, 2024
Recent arrests by the Milford Police Department. All charges are allegations and not convictions.

MILFORD, CT — The following information has been provided by the Milford Police Department and does not indicate convictions:
- A Milford woman was arrested Nov. 15 and charged with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault. She was released on a promise to appear in court. She is accused in a past domestic violence case of getting into a fight with a victim.
- A West Haven man was arrested Nov. 18 and charged with violation of probation. Bond was set at $100,000. He turned himself in on an active warrant for his arrest.
- A Milford woman was arrested Nov. 18 charged with driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol. She was released on a promise to appear in court. She is accused of driving drunk in February.
- A Milford woman was arrested Nov. 18 and charged with violation of a protective order. Bond was set at $25,000. She is accused of violating a protective order by contacting a victim multiple times.
- A Hamden man was arrested Nov. 20 and charged with breach of peace and third-degree assault. He is accused of hitting a victim in the head at the Motel 6.
- A Milford man was arrested Nov. 21 and charged with breach of peace and second-degree threatening. He was released on a promise to appear in court. The arrest is related to an incident at a Milford Chevrolet on Bridgeport Avenue where the man was "swinging at employees" and reached into his waistband while making threats.
- A Milford woman was arrested Nov. 20 and charged with breach of peace and second-degree threatening. She was released on a promise to appear in court. The woman is accused of stealing $126 worth of merchandise from Costco.
- A Stratford man was arrested Nov. 22 and charged with breach of peace and second-degree threatening. Bond was set at $500. The man is accused of driving drunk.
- A Bridgeport woman was arrested Nov. 25 and charged with sixth-degree larceny. She was released on a promise to appear in court. The woman is accused of stealing $264 worth of merchandise from Macy's in the mall.
- A New Haven woman was arrested Nov. 24 and charged with three counts of violation of probation, sixth-degree larceny, first-degree failure to appear in court, interfering with an officer, possession of narcotics, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $131,000. Officers found the woman, who had several warrants out for her arrest, at the Target in the mall. She resisted arrest when the warrant was served and was found with fentanyl and drug paraphernalia at the time of her arrest, police said.
- A Milford woman was arrested Nov. 26 and charged with disorderly conduct. She was released on a promise to appear in court. The woman is accused in a domestic violence incident at the mall in which she hit a victim and threw his phone during an argument.
- An Ansonia woman was arrested Nov. 26 and charged with sixth-degree larceny. She was released on a promise to appear in court. Police took a shoplifter into custody at the Target in the mall accused of stealing $208 worth of merchandise.
- A Milford man was arrested Nov. 21 and charged with possession of narcotics. He was released on a promise to appear in court. The man was found in possession of cocaine.
- A New Haven man was arrested Nov. 26 and charged with breach of peace and second-degree threatening. He was released on a promise to appear in court. The man is accused of threatening to "shoot up" the Dave and Buster's in the mall.
- A Milford man was arrested Nov. 26 and charged with two counts of violation of a protective order and disorderly conduct. Bond was set at $5,000. He is accused of getting into a fight with a victim who had a protective order against him.
- A New Haven man was arrested Nov. 27 and charged with sixth-degree larceny. He was released on a promise to appear in court. The man is accused of stealing $110 worth of merchandise from the Stop & Shop at 1360 Boston Post Road.
- A Stratford man was arrested Nov. 27 and charged with breach of peace. He was released on a promise to appear in court. The man is accused of being involved in a fight at a Rowe Ave. parking lot.
- A Philadelphia man was arrested Nov. 27 and charged with fugitive of justice. He was held on $100,000 bond. Police were patrolling the area of the Super 8 on Boston Post Road when they encountered the man, who was found to have an extraditable warrant out of North Carolina for fraud.
- A Stratford man was arrested Nov. 28 and charged with third-degree robbery. Bond was set at $2,500. He is accused of pushing an employee to the ground while an accomplice stole merchandise from Costco in 2023.
- A Milford man was arrested Nov. 28 and charged with disorderly conduct. He was released on a promise to appear in court. He is accused of getting into a physical fight with a family member.
- A Milford man was arrested Nov. 28 and charged with criminal violation of a restraining order. Bond was set at $2,500. He us accused of violating a restraining order by making contact with a victim and verbally berating her.
