Milford Arrest Log, Week Of Oct. 14, 2024

Recent arrests by the Milford Police Department. All charges are allegations and not convictions.

MILFORD, CT — The following information has been provided by the Milford Police Department and does not indicate convictions:

  • An Ansonia man was arrested on Oct. 5 and charged with two counts each of first-degree failure to appear in court and second-degree failure to appear in court. Bond was set at $12,000. The man was initially caught shoplifting from Walgreens, police said.
  • A Waterbury man was arrested Oct. 6 and charged with larceny of a motor vehicle. He was released on a promise to appear in court. The man is accused of driving a vehicle reported stolen out of Westport.
  • A New Haven woman was arrested Oct. 10 and charged with possession of a controlled substance. She was released on a promise to appear in court. Police responded to a Cumberland Farms location on a report of two women sitting at the gas pumps for three hours. The woman was found in possession of heroin.
  • A Queens, New York woman was arrested Oct. 11 and charged with prostitution. She was released on a promise to appear in court.
  • A Bridgeport woman was arrested Oct. 11 and charged with unauthorized use of a computer network. She was released on a promise to appear in court. She is accused of deleting payroll information files from a computer system where she was employed after she was terminated.
  • A New Haven man was arrested Oct. 15 and charged with five counts of first-degree failure to appear in court. Bond was set at $250,000. The man had multiple warrants out for his arrest for failing to appear in court.
  • A Waterbury man was arrested Oct. 15 and charged with larceny of a motor vehicle, weapons in a motor vehicle, and misuse of plates. Bond was set at $15,000. He is accused of driving a stolen vehicle and having a machete near the driver's seat at the time of his arrest.
  • A Milford man was arrested Oct. 16 and charged with breach of peace, first-degree criminal trespassing, and interfering with an officer. Bond was set at $2,500. The man locked himself in the bathroom at a Cumberland Farms and refused to leave. He was also accused of creating a disturbance outside and provoking police officers.
