Milford Arrest Log, Week Of Oct. 7, 2024

MILFORD, CT — The following information has been provided by the Milford Police Department and does not indicate convictions:

• A Hamden man was arrested Oct. 3 and charged with first-degree failure to appear in court. He was held on $25,000 bond.
• A Milford woman was arrested Oct. 4 and charged with four counts of second-degree failure to appeal in court. Bond was set at $40,000.
• A Bridgeport man was arrested Oct. 4 and charged with third-degree assault, second-degree strangulation, and violation of a protective order. The man is accused of assaulting a victim who had a protective order against him. Bond was set at $75,000.
• A Milford man was arrested Oct. 4 and charged with driving under the influence and no insurance. Bond was set at $500.
• A Milford man was arrested Oct. 5 and charged with breach of peace. He was released on a promise to appear in court.
• A Milford woman was arrested Oct. 5 and charged with first-degree criminal trespass. She is accused of laying out on the school track at Foran High School to tan while students were trying to use the track and not leaving when asked to do so. She was released on a promise to appear in court.
• A West Haven man was arrested Oct. 5 and charged with breach of peace and third-degree assault. The arrest was connected to a domestic violence incident. Bond was set at $25,000.
• A Milford man was arrested Oct. 6 and charged with breach of peace. The man is accused of causing a disturbance at a Shop Rite. He was released on a promise to appear in court.
• A Milford woman was arrested Oct. 7 and charged with second-degree failure to appear in court. Bond was set at $5,000.
• A Milford man was arrested Oct. 7 and charged with breach of peace and violation of a protective order. Bond was set at $2,500.
• A homeless man was arrested Oct. 7 and charged with two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court. Bond was set at $7,500.
• A Milford woman was arrested Oct. 8 and charged with driving under the influence. Bond was set at $500.
• A Milford woman was arrested Oct. 8 and charged with sixth-degree larceny. She is accused of stealing merchandise from Target. She was released on a promise to appear in court.
• A Westerly, Rhode Island man was arrested Oct. 9 and charged with two counts of first-degree failure to appear in court. Bond was set at $100,000.
