Milford Arrest Log, Week of Sept. 16, 2024
Recent arrests by the Milford Police Department. All charges are allegations and not convictions.

MILFORD, CT — The following information has been provided by the Milford Police Department and does not indicate convictions:
- A Milford man and a White Plains man were arrested Sept. 11 and charged with breach of peace and third-degree assault. The White Plains man was also charged with third-degree criminal mischief. The two men are accused of getting into a fight with each other on Boston Post Road. They were released on a promise to appear in court.
- A Wallingford man was arrested Sept. 11 and charged with violation of probation. Bond was set at $75,000.
- A Pawtucket, Rhode Island man was arrested Sept. 12 and charged with second-degree forgery and criminal attempt at third-degree larceny. He is accused of altering a check and attempting to cash it. Bond was set at $10,000.
- A Milford man was arrested Sept. 12 and charged with second-degree threatening and breach of peace. He was released on a promise to appear in court. The man is accused of going to a victim's house and threatening to burn it down.
- A New Haven man was arrested Sept. 12 and charged with two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court. Bond was set at $3,000.
- A Milford man was arrested Sept. 14 and charged with disorderly conduct in connection to a domestic violence case. He was released on a promise to appear in court.
- A West Haven man was arrested Sept. 14 and charged with operating under the influence, evading responsibility, failure to maintain lane, and operating without a license. Bond was set at $500. The man is accused of driving erratically, then striking a fence and driving away. Police found he was under the influence of alcohol at the time.
- A Milford man was arrested Sept. 15 and charged with breach of peace, first-degree threatening, two counts of weapon in a motor vehicle, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $2,500. Police said the man is accused of threatening a victim with an airsoft gun.
- A Stratford woman was arrested Sept. 15 and charged with breach of peace and third-degree assault in connection with a domestic violence incident. She was released on a promise to appear in court.
- A Milford man was arrested Sept. 15 and charged with disorderly conduct. He was released on a promise to appear in court. The man is accused of damaging items in a hotel room during an argument.
- A Milford man was arrested Sept. 15 and charged with disorderly conduct in connection with a domestic violence incident. He was released on a promise to appear in court.
- A West Haven man was arrested Aug. 30 and charged with sixth-degree larceny, interfering with an officer, and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was released on a promise to appear in court. Police said the man stole $242 worth of merchandise from the Target in the mall, then ran from officers when confronted.
- A Stratford man was arrested Sept. 12 and charged with theft of a motor vehicle, interfering with an officer, engaging police in pursuit, and misuse of plates. Bond was set at $5,000. The man is accused of driving a stolen car with stolen plates. When officers tried to stop him, he allegedly fled.
- A Bridgeport woman was arrested Sept. 14 and charged with fifth-degree larceny. She was released on a promise to appear in court. She is accused of stealing $733 worth of merchandise from a Target in the mall.
- A Shelton woman was arrested Sept. 16 and charged with illegal use of a credit card and sixth-degree larceny. She was released on a promise to appear in court. She is accused of using a company credit card without permission and stealing money.
- A Milford man and a Milford woman were arrested Sept. 16 and charged with risk of injury to a minor. They were released on a promise to appear in court. The two are accused of leaving five children alone in a hotel room for an extended period of time.
- A Milford woman was arrested Sept. 18 and charged with disorderly conduct, interfering with an officer, and five counts of assault of a public safety and emergency medical personnel. Bond was set at $25,000. Police responded to a domestic violence call. The woman is accused of becoming "extremely irate, spitting on several officers and medical personnel. She also kicked a table at an officer, causing injury to the officer's hand," according to police.
- A Milford woman was arrested Sept. 18 and charged with disorderly conduct and violation of a protective order in connection with a domestic violence incident. She was released on a promise to appear in court.
