Milford Arrest Log, Week of Sept. 30, 2024
Recent arrests by the Milford Police Department. All charges are allegations and not convictions.

MILFORD, CT — The following information has been provided by the Milford Police Department and does not indicate convictions:
- A Waterbury man and a Waterbury woman were arrested Sept. 12 and charged with sixth-degree larceny, conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny, and possession of a shoplifting device. The two are accused of stealing merchandise from Marshalls. They were released on a promise to appear in court.
- Two New Haven women were arrested Sept. 12 and charged with sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny. The two are accused of stealing from Walmart. They were released on a promise to appear in court.
- A New Haven woman was arrested Sept. 15 and charged with fourth-degree larceny, possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia. She is accused of shoplifting from Target. Bond was set at $500 each.
- A Bridgeport man and a Milford woman were arrested Sept. 28 and charged with possession with intent to sell narcotics. The two were in a car stopped on an I-95 ramp. Police investigated and found drugs in their vehicle. They were released on a promise to appear in court.
- A Milford man was arrested Sept. 27 and charged with violation of a protective order. Bond was set at $2,500.
- A Bridgeport man was arrested Sept. 27 and charged with threatening and second-degree harassment. Bond was set at $2,500.
- A Newburg, New York man was arrested Sept. 27 and charged with violation of a protective order. The man had entered a South Street home via an unlocked window. He was not permitted in the home. Bond was set at $10,000.
- A Stratford woman was arrested Sept. 29 and charged with sixth-degree larceny. She is accused of shoplifting from Target. She was released on a promise to appear in court.
- A Derby man was arrested Sept. 29 and charged with second-degree stalking. He was released on a promise to appear in court.
- A West Haven man was arrested Sept. 29 and charged with sixth-degree larceny and possession of drug paraphernalia. He is accused of stealing from Target. He was released on a promise to appear in court.
- A homeless man was arrested Oct. 1 and charged with second-degree breach of peace and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was released on a promise to appear in court.
- A Milford man was arrested Oct. 1 and charged with issuing a bad check. He was released on a promise to appear in court.
- A Seymour man was arrested Oct. 1 and charged with second-degree failure to appear in court. Bond was set at $1,000.
