Milford to Auction Off Blighted Property it Foreclosed On
In order to qualify for the auction you need to bring a $10,000 check.

A 1,200-square-foot house the city foreclosed on because of numerous liens placed against it for blight will be auctioned off by the city on Saturday, March 2.
From the Mayor’s office: At Noon on Saturday, May 2nd, the City of Milford will hold a public auction of 2 Bittersweet Avenue. The property will be open for inspection between 10:00 a.m. and Noon on Saturday, with a bidder registration deadline of 11:30 a.m.
Bid security in the form of a certified or bank check payable to the City of Milford in the amount of $10,000 is required at the time of registration. The public auction will begin promptly at 12 Noon.
